William Rushing - Pastor

Will began serving at Jay First Baptist Church in September 2006. He is a graduate of William Carey College in Hattiesburg, Mississippi with a B.A. in Religion and Biblical Languages. He earned his Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He has pastored churches in Mississippi and Florida. He and his wife Kate are the parents of two daughters and one son.

Bill Goble - Minister of Music & Youth

Bill has been leading the music ministry and working with Youth at Jay First Baptist Church since June 2002. He moved to Jay after serving for 20 years at various churches in Mississippi. He graduated from William Carey College in Hattiesburg, Mississippi in 1984 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Church Music. He and his wife, Lea Anne are the proud parents of four children.

Robbi Glover - Administrative Assistant

A native of Jay and former small business owner, Robbi has faithfully served Jay First Baptist Church since September of 2000. She and her husband Larry are the parents of two daughters and the grandparents of six grandchildren.
